Sorry for the lack of updates. It has been a busy few weeks. Baylie had a great Birthday. Daddy had to work so Grandma, Kinzie and I took her to dinner. She chose Chili's and they sang to her and gave her a chocolate shake. She was so excited to have them sing. I was very surprised! She was able to make it to school all week, however she had quite a few headaches. She came home early from school on Thursday, and laid down and was fine after wards. She did not have school on Friday due to teacher work day. Baylie was feeling pretty good all day and later afternoon became gaggy. She continued to be gaggy all weekend with headaches off and on. She started spring break this last week and had an appointment at Children's with Neurosurgery on Monday (3-16). She had an MRI before hand and was not a happy camper. When we got up to NS they had a childlife specialist waiting to help calm her down. It worked to a point and made the visit a little more manageable. They ended up turning her shunt down, which means it flows more. The residual blood left from her surgery in Denver is getting better, but still there. We go back on April 9th. She also has an appointment with Endocrinologist on the same day. She has an appointment on April 13th with Gastro to try and figure out what is going on with her gagging. She as currently been gaggy for a little over a week and is back to only swallowing soft foods. About two weeks ago she was taking all her calories everyday by eating all kinds of food and now I am back to feeding her though her tube and what little she will eat by mouth. She also has an appointment with ENT in May if Gastro can not help. We have not found anyone that can figure it out yet! I am hopeful!
Kinzie is doing well and growing. She is talking up a storm and is following in her big sister's footsteps. She has an appointment with an allergist on Tuesday to get some testing done. She does not tolerate milk very well and gets a red rash on her cheeks when she eats certain foods. We are not sure what is causing it, so we are just going to do the testing and be on the safe side.
Baylie, Kinzie, Grandma and I went to Denver this week for three days to stay at a hotel and swim. We also were meeting up with some friends from Kansas who had appointments at Children's. Baylie was feeling a little under the weather but had a lot of fun. I will post pictures when I get them uploaded. We went to Hammond's Candies and did a tour of the kitchen. Baylie really enjoyed that and was very interested.
I will update after Kinzie's appointment and let you know what we find out.

Hannah has a milk intollerance as well. Not much is known about milk allergies and our allergist was not helpful at all but I'm hopeful we find a better one. Good luck with everything!
