I took Kinzie on a little date to Chuck E Cheese. Just the two of us! Baylie is not fond of the place so it was a perfect time to take her. Kinzie had a blast!

-narrowed optic nerves

Precocious puberty
Os-Odondium
Cleft vertebrae in neck
Scoliosis w/ some pelvic obliquity
Hemivertebra in lower lumbar area
Spina bifida occulta
Mild hip dysplasia- right hip
Sensory Integration Disorder
G-tube and nissen

Nasopharyngeal Teratoma- removed
Cleft Palate- repaired
Tracheostomy - decanulated
